The Interactive Project Manager is our front-line to our clients. We work with ever-changing technologies and our project managers need to be able to talk-the-talk, and have the ability to multitask and switch gears effortlessly. While you don't need to be a technical wizard, having the ability to grasp, understand and distill technical concepts to our clients is essential. In addition, you'll be a great team player and know how to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities and always get the best from your team. We're looking for someone with the following skills / experience / characteristics.

• Ability to go with the flow and handle multiple tasks/projects
• Self-motivated - you have a job to do, and don't need anyone telling you what you should be doing from minute to minute
• Accountability - to your team and to your clients
• Sales experience is an asset - your role is not to sell, but to be aware of additional opportunities and bring them forward
• Writing / communications ability - you need to write and communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly to clients and the team
Available Positions: 3D Modeler
Creating visually stunning, immersive game elements is an art that takes a tremendous amount of skill and talent. Perfect candidate would have experience in low poly and high poly modeling of game characters, environments and other assets. Red Piston specializes in mobile app development so we require a lot of low poly assets in our projects. Candidate must have knowlege of Maya/3D max, z-brush and Photoshop and must have a firm understanding in art principles in order to communicate them to other team members. Animation skills are not necessary but are an asset.
The reel should showcase the following:
• High quality, Low poly character examples
• Clean, thorough texturing, with an eye for appealing design
• Thoughtful, efficient use of the geometry and UV space
• Appealing lighting and presentation of the featured character models
• Excellent sense of proportion
Available Positions: iPhone / Android Developer
Red Piston Inc. is looking for skilled iPhone/Android Developers to work on exciting apps and games for small and large brands. Ideal candidate should have experience in developing for mobile platforms. Please apply with a resume but most importantly a portfolio (screenshots/screen casts) of apps/work created.
Skills & Qualifications:
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or related field) / Unless self taught with portfolio
• Mastery of Objective-C or Java, Cocoa, OpenGL, iPhone / Android SDK
• Demonstrated ability to lead a project through the completion of all phases
• Ability to effectively interact with product managers and other organizational units such as QA and Operations
• Strong understanding of the server side software, scalability, performance and reliability aspects

• Building apps from the ground up, as well as implementing new features, fixing bugs and improving performance of iPhone applications
• Work with Account Managers to assess project requirements, explore technical dependencies, and report hour estimates for deliverable fulfillment
• Assist in ideating innovative ways to simplify solutions to maximize usability, efficiency, and satisfaction of clients
• Continuously promote the investigation and reporting of available open API's, and off-the-shelf solutions that will maximize development efficiency
• Interface with clients when necessary
